Notice of AGM 2025

The Ladysmith Resources Centre Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025, at 6:00pm at the LRCA at 630 2nd Avenue in Ladysmith. The AGM will be held in the upstairs boardroom.

The AGM will take place in person and will not be available online.

Anyone who purchased a voting membership ($10.00) at the LRCA in 2025 is eligible to vote at the AGM. However, all 2025 memberships will expire on December 31st, 2025. You can purchase a membership at the AGM, but it will still expire on December 31st, 2025, as per Bylaw 2.7.

We will begin issuing 2026 memberships after January 1, 2026, and we look forward to your continued support in this community.

We look forward to seeing our members at the AGM on November 25th.
