Special moment at LRCA 30th: Hepburn Candyman specially featured

A priceless moment at LRCA 30th anniversary:
When Ramona Hepburn arrived at the upstairs boardroom at LRCA on Second Avenue, she noticed a number of drawings and painting of people who were held in high honour at the organization.
Among those drawings was one of her late husband, Jack, and an accompanying writeup about him: "The Candyman" from LRCA's bingo.
