The Interact group of the Ladysmith Secondary School brought almost 20 students together to make Apple Danishes! From cleaning, peeling, chopping about 30 pounds of apples* to assembling mountains of delicious pastries these delightful young people gave generously of their time, talents, and enthusiasm.
