We are thrilled to share that Ladysmith Resources Centre Association (LRCA) has officially been accredited through Food Banks Canada’s Standards of Excellence program!
This achievement is a testament to our team’s hard work, dedication, and ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality of service to the people we serve.
The Ladysmith Resources Centre Association (LRCA) Food Pantry program is in the main office building at 630 2nd Avenue.
As a program within the LRCA, we can offer our clients access to food security capacity building initiatives, housing support services and community wellness services that address barriers to self-sufficiency. We believe in building capacity for individuals and families, as well as providing emergency food relief.
The LRCA Food Pantry program is generously supported by donations from local businesses, private citizens, Foodbanks BC, Foodbanks Canada, and the Province of BC. Food is then redistributed through a caring team of volunteers, staff and resources provided by the LRCA.
