Notice of Meeting, Changes to the Bylaws

The Annual General Meeting of the Ladysmith Resource Center Association will take place at the end of November (time, and date to be determined) when the Board will propose some Bylaw changes.

To allow members time to assess these changes and make comments, the Board is inviting you to review the attached documents:

1. The current Bylaws;
2. The proposed changes; and finally
3. A copy of the Bylaws if the proposals are accepted by the membership.

Members are invited to submit their comments to ed@lrca.ca by Friday September 29th so that all comments and proposals may be reviewed and submitted for legal assessment prior going to the membership at the AGM and, if approved, to the Registrar of Companies.
