Mood Matters – Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Workshop
Small Shifts, Big Change
This free 8-week workshop offers support for those dealing with struggles related to anxiety, depression or low mood. Grounded in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), the program empowers participants to understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to develop practical tools for managing symptoms and changing thinking.
Each weekly session includes psychoeducation, group discussion, and guided exercises focused on improving mood, increasing self-awareness and building coping strategies. Led by trained facilitators in a safe, inclusive environment, Mood Matters aims to reduce symptoms, increase tolerance, and promote long-term mental health. This initiative is open to adults over 19 years of all backgrounds and is offered at no cost to ensure accessibility for all.
