Nov. 21 AGM all virtual, notices distributed

Dear LRCA Members,

With the elevated public health risk in Ladysmith and throughout BC, the AGM will be moving completely virtual. We will be placing notices on the doors of the LRCA to alert of this change.

Given the difficulty with having a fulsome discussion about the draft 2022 Bylaws at a virtual meeting, the Board will be striking the vote on bylaw amendments from the AGM Agenda. To confirm, the Board is no longer seeking to pass the draft 2022 Bylaws at this AGM. The Board that is elected at this AGM will determine how to proceed on that matter. An updated agenda is attached.

We will send the meeting link out to all members who’s email addresses we have, and we will be posting the meeting link information on the doors of the LRCA on Monday.
