LRCA enjoyed the company of very special visitors today. They put their heart and soul into the LRCA in its early days and loved seeing how things look today at its Second Avenue location.
Pictured above are (left to right) Val Duckworth, former LRCA board member, Dennis Lait, the LRCA’s longest serving executive director, and his assistant at the time, Sandy Barton.
Lait later posed with a Ladysmith-Chemainus Chronicle article from Sept. 15, 1992 featuring the ribbon cutting for the original opening of the Ladysmith Resources Centre.
LRCA was delighted to have them as guests. This year the LRCA celebrates its 30th year.
